This unique folklore festival combines the charm of the Roman countryside with the timeless beauty and history of Rome. It offers international folklore groups the opportunity to present their traditional dances, music and costumes in an unforgettable setting.
The festival programme includes an open-air performance in Castelli Romani and a spectacular folklore parade in front of the Colosseum, bringing the traditions of different countries together in the heart of Roman culture.
Participants stay in comfortable hotels in Rome, allowing them to enjoy both the festival programme and the many cultural and historical treasures of the Eternal City.
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing ensembles, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival which will be held in city center of Rome.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 10 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15 (including relatives, friends, drivers etc.)
Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join this folklore festival in Rome and take the opportunity travel to Italyย for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3/4* hotels like HOTEL VILLA MARIA REGINA
or GRAND HOTEL FLEMING or any other hotel of the same category, in triple rooms, and it includes 3 nights with breakfast.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.
The hotel will be assigned to every group based on the requested rooming of all groups. The final program with the logistics, timing and all the details about the hotel in which you will be accommodated will be sent to you 3 weeks before the arrival.
According to your flights there is possibility to prolong your stay in the same hotel. We are able to help you with airport transfers and excursions on your request (it is necessary to contact us to ask for quotation and availability of buses at least 4 months in advance).

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000โฌ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
The advanced payment is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason.
In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
The day of theย folklore festivalย in Rome.ย Performances will be held on an open-air stage in the center of the town. Before that we will organize big parade of participants from Colloseum.
This day is free for sightseeing. We suggest you visit Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Trevi Fountain, piazza Spagna, Pantheon, Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo.
You should check out after the breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
