This is the city where imperial grandeur and modern innovation live side by side! Vienna was the heart of Austro – Hungarian Empire and remains stepped in imperial elegance!

Following its successful return to our programme last year, our prestigious Vienna folklore festival now celebrates its 6th Edition, taking place during the enchanting Easter weekend — a truly exceptional time to experience this magnificent city.  Festival will be held in the theatre in Vienna city centre .

During your stay, immerse yourself in the charming Easter atmosphere of Vienna, explore its beautifully decorated Easter markets, discover traditional crafts and seasonal delicacies, and enjoy the festive spirit that fills the city during this special time of year.

REGULATIONS

Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, brass bands are invited to participate in folklore festival which will be held in Vienna.

Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8 minutes program.

Performances with live and  music recorded  are both allowed.

The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members for accommodation is 15 including accompagnists, relatives, friends…. Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.

Family members and friends may join this folklore festival in Vienna and visit Austria for the same price and conditions.

The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* and 4*hotel with centralized position in Vienna with metro line in front of the hotel in triple rooms and it includes 3 nights with breakfast.

Accommodation in double rooms is possible with supplement specified in conditions as follows.

The hotel will be assigned to every group based on the requested rooming of all groups. The final program with the logistics, timing and all the details about the hotel in which you will be accommodated will be sent to you 3 weeks before the arrival.

According to your flights there is possibility to prolong your stay in the same hotel. We are able to help you with airport transfers and excursions on your request (it is necessary to contact us to ask for quotation and availability of buses at least 4 months in advance).

Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

199€  per person(3 nights with breakfast, triple rooms) SENATOR HOTEL WIEN 4*

This offer is valid until the allocated capacity at these hotels is fully booked.

• Trip expenses, airport transfers and other transfers if needed, parking
• Tourist guide, accompanying persons, sightseeing, excursions
• Health insurance
• Tourist tax
• Supplement for staying in a double room 8€ per person per day for SENATOR HOTEL WIEN 4*
• Supplement for staying in a double room 10€ per person per day for HOTEL RUDY WIEN 3*
• Supplement for staying in a single room 48€ per person per day valid for both hotels
• Additional day 50€ BB  HOTEL RUDY WIEN 3*
• Additional day 60€ BB SENATOR HOTEL WIEN 4*  

PAYMENT

As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.

This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason.

In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.
