Overview
Theย Folklore Festival in Lido di Jesolo,ย a famous seaside resort on theย Venetian Lagoon,ย has been organized sinceย 2018ย byย Blue Diamond, with the support of theย Municipality of Jesolo.
The festival takes place on a professional open-air stage in the townโs central square. Before the performances, all participating groups join a colorfulย parade through the streets of Jesolo, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.
During their free time, participants can relax on the beautifulย sandy beach, freely accessible to everyone, or join an organizedย boat excursion to Venice, one of the worldโs most iconic historic cities.
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in thisย folklore festivalย which will be held inย Lido di Jesolo, Venice.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8-10 minutes program.
Performances with live and recorded music are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15. Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join thisย folklore festivalย and visitย Italyย for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups participating in thisย folklore festivalย is provided inย hotels inย Lido di Jesoloย likeย Hotel Bolivarย oย Hotel Toledoย or any other hotel of the same category,ย in triple and quadruple rooms, and it includes 3 nights with half-board (breakfast and dinner). All hotels are located maximally 200m from the beach.
The hotel will be assigned to every group based on the requested rooming of all groups. The final program with the logistics, timing and all the details about the hotel in which you will be accommodated will be sent to you 3 weeks before the arrival.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.
The nearest airports areย Treviso and Veniceย but it is also convenient to arrive inย Bologna, Bergamo or Milan.
We can also assist you with airport transfers and organize additional excursions upon request. To ensure availability, please contact us at leastย four months in advanceย to request a quotation and confirm the availability of buses and transfer services.

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays 2000โฌ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
Free time until the dinner. In the evening theย folklore festivalย will be held at the square inย Lido di Jesoloย โย Veniceย (performance on an open-air stage).
Free time for the excursion toย Venice
You should leave the hotel after breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
