Overview
Theย International Festival โTurkish Paradiseโย is a spectacular celebration of dance, music, and cultural diversity. Thisย non-competitive festivalย invites children, youth, and adult performers, including folklore and modern dance groups, instrumental ensembles, choirs, and artists of other styles, to showcase their talents in a vibrant and inspiring environment. There isย no age limit, making it perfect for everyone who loves the arts!
The festival will be held in Kusadasi beautiful vacation place with seven beaches looking on the horizon of the Aegean Sea, with the national park and fiery history โ the ways of Greek, Persians and Romans.
The groups will be accommodated inย Le Bleu Hotelย โย https://www.lebleuhotel.com/tr/ย ,ย Grand Blue Sky Hotelย โย https://www.grandbluesky.com/ย or similar 4* hotelson an All-Inclusive basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks). ย The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
Accommodation Details
The groups will be accommodated inย Le Bleu Hotelย โย https://www.lebleuhotel.com/tr/ย ,ย Grand Blue Sky Hotelย โย https://www.grandbluesky.com/ย orย similar 4* hotelsย on an All-Inclusive basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks).
- Rooms will accommodateย 3-4 peopleย with private bathrooms.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- For everyย 25 participants, the 26th person stays for free.
Extra Charges:
- Double Room: โฌ5/day/person
- Single Room: โฌ40/day
- Extra Night: โฌ52.50/person/day (for stays of 5+ nights)
The participation fee is 225โฌ per person for 4 nights and 270โฌ per person for 5 nights.
It includes:

- Participation in 2 Concerts and a Defile
- City Tax
- Invitation Letter

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
The festival team can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport pick-up, transport during the festival, and return to the airport. The cost will be covered by the group and calculated based on the group size.
Parking for Buses:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transport for the festival’s duration and small journeys around the city. Theย parking is freeย for all buses.
Payment Terms
- Aย 30% depositย is required upon receiving the official invitation to confirm your participation.
- The remaining balance must be paid either via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
- Payments made afterย 04.09.2026ย areย non-refundable.
- In case of a global crisis, the festival organizers reserve the right to adjust the participation fees.

Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.
The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
