Welcome to Lido di Jesolo – The Adriatic Coast of Italy
The International Festival “Mare Adriatico” takes place in the popular seaside resort of Lido di Jesolo, located on Italy’s beautiful Adriatic coast, just a short distance from the world-famous city of Venice.
Known for its long golden sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, lively promenades, and vibrant summer atmosphere, Lido di Jesolo is one of Italy’s premier holiday destinations. The resort offers an ideal combination of relaxation, entertainment, and easy access to Venice, making it the perfect location for an unforgettable international cultural event.
About the Festival
The International Festival of Dance and Songs “Mare Adriatico” is a non-competitive international festival dedicated to promoting cultural exchange, friendship, and artistic excellence.
The festival welcomes:
- Folklore dance ensembles
- Modern and contemporary dance groups
- Choirs
- Instrumental ensembles
- Vocal performers
- Majorettes
- Other performing arts groups
The festival is open to children, youth, and adult performers, with no age restrictions.
Each participating group must have a minimum of 10 performers on stage.
During the festival, every ensemble will enjoy:
- 2 Open-Air Concert Performances
- Participation in the Festival Parade (Defile)
- Professional stage and sound system
- Performances with live music or professionally recorded accompaniment
The festival provides an exceptional opportunity for performers from around the world to share their culture while enjoying the beauty of Italy’s Adriatic coastline.
Accommodation
Participants will stay in comfortable 2★ and 3★ hotels in Lido di Jesolo, conveniently located near the beach and festival venues.
Accommodation includes:
- Triple and quadruple rooms
- Private bathrooms
- Half Board basis

The organizer provides two complimentary double rooms per group for group leaders and/or drivers.
Additional double rooms beyond the complimentary allocation are available according to the supplement rates below.

Accommodation Supplements
- Double Room Supplement: €7 per person/night
- Single Room Supplement: €40 per night
- Extra Night: €50 per person/night
Complimentary Accommodation
For every 25 paying participants, the 26th participant stays free of charge.
Transfers
Airport transfers and local transportation during the festival can be arranged upon request.
Transfer costs depend on the arrival airport and the size of the group and will be quoted individually.
Bus Parking
Groups travelling by coach are responsible for bus parking fees, which are charged according to the rates established by the local parking facilities.
Payment Terms
Participation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit with the application.
Payment schedule:
- 30% deposit upon registration
- 40% payment due 60 days before the festival
- Remaining 30% balance due 10 days before the festival begins
The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival.
After this deadline, all deposits become non-refundable.

Free Participation
Every 26th participant stays free of charge for every 25 paying participants.
Tourist City Tax
The tourist tax is payable according to the regulations of the Municipality of Jesolo.
The 2026 rate was €2.00 per person per night.
Updated city tax rates for 2027 will be announced by the local authorities in February 2027.

10:00 Departure of the Groups After The Breakfast
Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.
The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
