Istanbul is where the mysticism of the East blends seamlessly with the modernity of the West. From its majestic palaces to its bustling bazaars, Istanbul offers an unforgettable experience for every visitor.
Immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind cultural celebration where tradition meets modernity! This non-competitive festival invites children and youth folklore dance groups, vocal groups, majorette groups, instrumentalists, and performers from various art styles to showcase their talents. With no age limit, it’s the perfect opportunity to share your creativity and passion for music and dance!
Perform on an Extraordinary Stage
Participants will perform in 1 concert and take part in a festive defile in front of welcoming audiences at some of Istanbul’s iconic venues. This is your chance to become part of a cultural journey in a city that breathes history and innovation.
Accommodation Details
The Festival accommodation is in Mercia Hotels & Resorts 4* located in Istanbul beach area far away from all the traffic and noise. Hotel is located on the beach, with in-door and out-door pools, spa and its own disco.
The Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 beds and 4 beds on a half board basis. The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- Extra charges:
- Double room: €7 /person/day
- Single room: €33 /day
- Extra night: €55 /person/day
On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge
The participation fee is 165€ per person.
It includes:
- Accommodation in 4**** Hotel
- Half Board Basis (2 meals per day)
- Participation at 1 Concert and a Defile
- Invitation Letter
- Grattiduted Certificate
- All expenses of the festival organization

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
The organizers can arrange airport transfers for groups arriving by plane, covering both arrivals and departures. Costs will be determined based on group size and agreed upon in advance. Groups arriving by bus can use their own vehicles during the festival, with parking fees covered by the group as per local rates. The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.
Parking for Buses:
The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.

Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.
The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
