Overview
Theย โLes Lumiรจres de Parisโ Folklore Festival, organized byย Blue Diamond, takes place in one of the worldโs most beautiful capitals โ magnificent Paris.
Organized sinceย 2013, the festival is a unique international event that begins with a spectacular parade of participants in front of the iconicย Eiffel Tower. Each edition brings together more thanย 20 singing and dancing ensembles, orchestras, and folklore groupsย from around the world.
In recent years, the festival has expanded toย two editions each year โ a Spring Edition and an Advent Edition, offering participants the opportunity to experience Paris through music, dance, and international folklore.
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate inย folklore festivalย which will be held inย Paris,ย in one of its famous theatres.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8 minutes program.
Performances with live and recorded music are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15 persons for accommodation.
Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join thisย folklore festivalย inย Parisย and visitย Franceย for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* hotels likeย Campanile hotels Paris, or similar,ย in tripleย rooms, and it includes 3 nights with breakfast.
Half board is available on your request, with additional supplement.
On your special request we can also provide accommodation in a higher category hotel with supplement 20 -30 euro per each day.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

175 EUR per person(3 nights with breakfast)

- Supplement for staying in a double room 7โฌ per person per day
- Supplement for staying in a single room 35โฌ per person per day
- Additional day (55โฌ BB)
- Boat tour on the Seine river (15 EUR per person)
PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays 2000โฌ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason.
In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAM OF THE FESTIVAL
APRIL 23rdThe groups should arrive to the hotel inย Parisย between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program ofย folklore festival.
APRIL 24thThe day of theย folklore festival. Defile in front of the Eiffel tower. Performances are planned to be held in the afternoon in a theatre in city of Paris.
APRIL 25thThis day is free for sightseeing. For the evening we suggest boat tour on the river Seine which we organize for the participants of the Festival, so you can enjoy the magic lights of the Eiffel tower.
APRILย 26thYou should check-out after the breakfast.

Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.

When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
