Vienna charms with its imperial palaces, magnificent St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and world-famous opera. Stroll through historic streets, savor Viennese coffee, and immerse yourself in its rich culture and elegance.
The International Festival “Autumn tale” is a non-competitive festival that celebrates traditional and modern dances, welcoming folklore groups, modern dance ensembles, choirs, instrumentalists, and performers from various art forms. Open to participants of all ages, the festival offers a chance to perform in Vienna, the cultural heart of Europe.

Accommodation Details
Participating groups will stay in 4* Pyramid Event Hotel https://www.eventhotel-pyramide.com/en on a BB basis and in 4* Arion City Hotel https://arion-cityhotel.com/de/hotel or Hotel Senator on request on a BB basis.
- Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom.
- Leader/Driver Rooms: Each group is entitled to 2 double rooms for leaders or drivers.
- Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00
Costs and Extras:
- Double Room: +3€/ person/day | Single Room: +35€ /day | Extra Night: 45€ /person/day
- On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!
The participation fee is 145€ per person for Hotel Event Pyramid 4*.

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.
Parking for Buses:
For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.
Payment Terms:
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:
- 30% upon application to confirm participation.
- 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
- 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.
Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.

Festival Program
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
