Celebrate the beauty of dance, music, and cultural heritage at the International Festival “Pod’me do Tanca”, a unique gathering of performers from around the world! This non-competitive event warmly invites children, youth, and adult groups, including folklore dance ensembles, modern dance troupes, instrumentalists, choirs, and other performers from diverse artistic styles. With no age limit, the festival is open to everyone who wishes to share their talent and passion for the arts.
Each group will have the opportunity to perform on a professional stage, showcasing their creativity with live music or USB accompaniment. The duration of performances will be tailored based on the number of participants, ensuring every group has their moment to shine.

Accommodation Details
Participating groups will stay in comfortable 3-star hotels in Bratislava, on a Bed & Breakfas Basis.
- Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00
Costs and Extras:
- Basic hotels: Double Room: +9€ person/day | Single Room: +24€ day | Extra Night: 45€ person/day
- Extra meal in Basic hotel: Hotel Plus: 2-course meal 14€ per person 3-course meal 15€ per person
- Advance hotels: Double Room: +9€ person/day | Single Room: +35€ day | Extra Night: 53€ person/day
- Extra mealin Advance hotel: Lunch in the restaurant next to the concert hall: 12 € per person (Serbianburger and drink)
- On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!
The participation fee is 99€ per person for Basic Hotel ( Plus, Aviator)& 109€ per person in Advance Hotel (Color).

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.
Parking for Buses:
For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.
Payment Terms:
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:
- 30% upon application to confirm participation.
- 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
- 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.
Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.

Festival Program
15:00-Arrival and accommodation groups at the hotel
21:00-Meeting with FFA representative and short description of the festival program (1-2 leaders per group)
10:00- Free Time – Excursions Day
18:00-Concert (Depending of the number of the groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance.)
21:00-Diploma Rewarding (After ceremony of closing festival, we prepare small Zumba party on stage for all participants)

Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
