Located on the stunning Adriatic coast, Rimini is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, charming squares, and vibrant cultural scene. The International Festival โSummer in Riminiโ is a celebration of creativity, culture, and performance. Open to children, youth, and adult groups, this non-competitive festival invites folklore dancers, modern dance ensembles, instrumentalists, choirs, and other performers with at least 10 participants on stage to showcase their talents.
With no age limit, the festival is perfect for groups eager to share their passion for art and music. Each group will have oneย concert performance, which can include live music or pre-recorded tracks, with performance durations determined based on the number of participants.
Accommodation Details
Participants will stay in 2 and 3 hotels in Rimini**, located close to the beach and performance venues. Some rooms have bunk beds. The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
Please note that sunbeds and umbrellas are not included in the price according to the new EU system.
The price for a set of sun loungers was 20โฌ in 2026.
There are free (public) beaches between the beach bars.

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
The organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers and transport during the festival. Costs for this service will depend on the group size and will be agreed upon separately.
Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus are responsible for parking costs, as rates are determined by the parking facility. Groups can use their buses throughout the festival for local transport, but any additional costs (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) must be covered by the vehicleโs insurance.
Payment Details:
- A 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
- 40% of the total fee must be paid 60 days before the festival.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival begins.
A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. After this date, deposits are non-refundable.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
On this day the folklore festival will be held inย Montecatini Termeย (performance on an open-air stage).
On this day we suggest you join the trip to Cinque Terre, organized especially for the participants of our festival (the price is not included in the offer).
This day is free for visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa etc.
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
