Our Tuscany festival is for those who want to truly feel the soul of Italy โ its exquisite cuisine, world-famous wines, breathtaking landscapes, art and authentic traditions.
You will discover the timeless elegance ofย Florence, and the iconicย Pisaย with its legendary Leaning Tower. FRom the other side the medieval charm ofย Siena, the artistic beauty ofย San Gimignano, experiencing there the authentic taste of Tuscany withย wine tasting and a traditional Tuscan lunch in a charming rustic winery, surrounded by vineyards and the beautiful countryside.
And for those who love the sea, Tuscany offers another true gem โย Viareggio, with its beautiful sandy beaches and relaxed seaside atmosphere.
But we offer even more: theย Ligurian diamonds โ Cinque Terre, one of Italyโs most spectacular coastal treasures. As part of our festival experience, we organize aย daily boat trip to Cinque Terre, allowing participants to discover its colourful villages, dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear sea from the most beautiful perspective.
The festival has been held sinceย 2015 in Montecatini Terme, a small and charming spa town, with a spectacular parade of participants and performances on the magnificent professional open-air stage in the central square,ย Piazza del Popolo. All hotels are located in the town, within walking distance of the stage.

REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, brass bands are invited to participate in thisย folklore festivalย โUnder the Tuscan skyโย which will be held inย Montecatini Terme,ย a famous spa town inย Italyย .
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15(including dancers, relatives, accompanists and drivers) . Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join folklore festival Montecatini Terme and travel to Italy and visit amazing Tuscany the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* hotels likeย HOTEL SAVONAย ,ย HOTEL SALUSย ย or any other hotel of the same category,ย in triple and quadruple rooms, and it includes 4 nights with half-board (breakfast and dinner). There is a supplemet for single and double rooms.

Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.
The hotel will be assigned to every group based on the requested rooming of all groups. The final program with the logistics, timing and all the details about the hotel in which you will be accommodated will be sent to you 3 weeks before the arrival.
According to your flights there is possibility to prolong your stay in the same hotel. We are able to help you with airport transfers and excursions on your request (it is necessary to contact us to ask for quotation and availability of buses at least 4 months in advance).

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays 2000โฌ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure(natural catastrophe), the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
On this day the folklore festival will be held inย Montecatini Termeย (performance on an open-air stage).
On this day we suggest you join the trip to Cinque Terre, organized especially for the participants of our festival (the price is not included in the offer).
This day is free for visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa etc.
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
