FESTIVAL DAYS IN SERBIA

With great pleasure, we invite all Folk Groups, Choral Ensembles, Orchestras, and Majorette Teams — whether Children, Youth, or Adults — to take part in our upcoming International Festival in Belgrade, Serbia!

Belgrade – A City Where History and Modern Spirit Meet

Belgrade, the vibrant capital of Serbia, stands proudly at the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, blending more than 7,000 years of history with the energy of a modern European metropolis. Known as the “White City,” Belgrade is a place where ancient fortresses, Orthodox churches, and Ottoman relics meet lively cafés, art streets, and music-filled nights.

The city’s heart, Kalemegdan Fortress, offers breathtaking panoramic views, while the Old Town (Stari Grad), Knez Mihailova Street, and Skadarlija Bohemian Quarter showcase the charm, culture, and warmth of Serbian hospitality.

Participation Fee

💶 105 EUR – 4 days (3 nights, Half Board – Breakfast and Dinner) – Hostel

💶 145 EUR – 4 days (3 nights, Bed and Breakfast) – 3* Hotels

Payment Terms

To confirm participation, each group must pay 10% in advance, and the remaining balance no later than 15 days before the festival (via bank transfer or upon arrival, as agreed with the organizer).

• The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• The organizer reserves the right to adjust dates in case of force majeure.

• Any bank transfer fees must be covered by the applicant.

• Prices may be subject to minor adjustments depending on European economic conditions.

Accommodation

• Each group is entitled to two double rooms (for leaders/drivers).

• Additional double rooms: +15 EUR/person/day.

• Single room: +30 EUR/day.

• Extra night on half board: 35 EUR/person | 50 EUR/person.

• For every 25 participants – 1 free place.

• Check-in after 14:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM.

Note: Serbian Tourist Tax (approx. 1.5 EUR per person/day) is not included in the package price and must be paid upon arrival.

Festival Conditions

🎶 Open to:

• Choirs, Orchestras, Folklore, and Modern Dance Groups from all over the world.

• No age limits.

• Participant numbers are limited.

• Each group receives Diplomas and Gifts from the organizer.

• Includes organized performances, parades, and social activities.

To participate, please fill out an Application Form.
After receiving your form and advance payment, the organizer will send an official Invitation Letter for participation.

Participant Obligations

• Groups must include dancers, musicians, and management.

• Prepare a 10–12 minute program.

• Performances can be with live music, CD, or USB.

• Each group must bring its national flag and group sign for the Defile Parade.

• Groups arriving by bus must use their own transport during the festival.

• Groups requiring visas are responsible for arranging them.

• Rooming lists must be sent at least one month before the festival.

Insurance and Health

Participants are responsible for personal health and travel insurance.
Basic First Aid and hospital access will be available.
Any medical services required are at the group’s own expense.

Festival Promotion

All festival events will be featured in press, radio, local TV programs, online media, flyers, and posters.
All photos and video materials remain the property of the Festival Organization.
By submitting an application, you agree to all festival terms and media rights.
