FESTIVAL DAYS IN CROATIA

Pula – is a charming historic city at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia, renowned for its rich history, Mediterranean atmosphere and remarkably well-preserved Roman heritage. Pula offers visitors a unique blend of ancient monuments, beautiful coastline, vibrant city life and cultural attractions. The symbol of Pula is the magnificent Roman Amphitheatre, one of the best-preserved ancient arenas in the world and one of Croatia’s most impressive landmarks.

The International Festival of dance and songs “Pula Fest” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances and songs performed by groups. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles with minimum 10 persons on the stage. The age of participants is not limited.

During the Festival each group will have one performance in Pula according to the program of the festival. Groups should bring flag and a sign with the name of the group for the parade.

Accommodation Details

Participants will stay in Hotel Duga Uvala 3*, few minutes from the beach.

• Half Board accommodation, which includes two meals per day (breakfast and lunch).
• Groups will be accommodated in  multiply rooms with 3 or 5 beds, each featuring a private bathroom.
• The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.

For additional room requests, the charges are as follows:

• Double Room: €16 per person/day
• Single Room: €45 per person/day
• Extra Night: €59 per person/day

For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free.

The participation fee for 4 nights/ 5 days is 259€ per person.

• Invitation Letter
• Grattiduted Certificate
• All expenses of the festival organization

Additional Festival Information

Transfers:
The festival organizers will arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers to and from Thassos. The cost of this transportation will depend on the number of participants and will be agreed upon separately.

Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transport during the festival and for local journeys around Potos and other areas of Thassos. Parking fees are the responsibility of the group and are paid directly at the parking facility.

Payment Details:

• A 30% deposit is required with the initial application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee is due 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival starts.

The final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. Deposits are non-refundable after this date.
