Located on the stunning Adriatic coast, Rimini is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, charming squares, and vibrant cultural scene. This lively city combines the rich history of ancient Roman ruins, like the Arch of Augustus, with a modern seaside atmosphere, making it an unforgettable destination.

Enjoy the city’s welcoming spirit, seaside promenades, and authentic Italian cuisine during your stay. Rimini’s squares and picturesque venues will serve as the perfect backdrop for your performances, offering a unique cultural experience in this sun-soaked paradise.

The International Festival “Summer in Rimini” is a celebration of creativity, culture, and performance. Open to children, youth, and adult groups, this non-competitive festival invites folklore dancers, modern dance ensembles, instrumentalists, choirs, and other performers with at least 10 participants on stage to showcase their talents.

With no age limit, the festival is perfect for groups eager to share their passion for art and music. Each group will have two concert performances, which can include live music or pre-recorded tracks, with performance durations determined based on the number of participants.

Accommodation Details

Participants will stay in 2 and 3 hotels in Rimini**, located close to the beach and performance venues. The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.

Extra Charges:

• Double Room: €7 per person/day
• Single Room: €40 per day
• Extra Night: €50 per person/day

The participation fee:

4 nights 219€ (breakfast – buffet basis and dinner – primo and secondo piatto) | 5 nights 249€ (breakfast – buffet basis and dinner – primo and secondo piatto) | 5 nights 269€ (breakfast and dinner on buffet basis)

It includes:

• Accommodation in а 2* and 3* Hotels
• Half Board Basis
• Participation in 2 Concerts and a Defile
• Invitation Letter
• Grattiduted Certificate
• All expenses of the festival organization

Does NOT include:

• Travel Insurance
• Transfers
• Parking for the bus
• City tax
• Sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach (please check at hotel reception in your accommodation unit)

Transfers:
The organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers and transport during the festival. Costs for this service will depend on the group size and will be agreed upon separately.

Bus Parking:
Groups arriving by bus are responsible for parking costs, as rates are determined by the parking facility. Groups can use their buses throughout the festival for local transport, but any additional costs (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) must be covered by the vehicle’s insurance.

Payment Details:

• A 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
• 40% of the total fee must be paid 60 days before the festival.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival begins.

A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival start date. After this date, deposits are non-refundable.
