Welcome to Rimini
Located on Italy’s breathtaking Adriatic coast, Rimini is one of the country’s most popular seaside destinations, renowned for its golden sandy beaches, vibrant atmosphere, and rich cultural heritage. The city beautifully blends ancient Roman landmarks, including the iconic Arch of Augustus, with lively promenades, elegant squares, and authentic Italian hospitality.
Participants will have the opportunity to perform in picturesque outdoor venues while experiencing the charm of one of Italy’s most beloved coastal cities. From its historic center to its famous beachfront, Rimini offers an unforgettable setting for artistic exchange and cultural celebration.
About the Festival
The International Festival “Summer in Rimini” is a non-competitive international event dedicated to promoting friendship, cultural exchange, and artistic excellence.
The festival welcomes:
- Folklore dance ensembles
- Modern and contemporary dance groups
- Choirs
- Instrumental ensembles
- Vocal performers
- Majorettes
- Orchestras
- Other performing arts groups
The festival is open to children, youth, and adult performers, with no age restrictions.
To participate, each ensemble must have a minimum of 10 performers on stage.
Each participating group will enjoy:
- Two open-air concert performances
- Professional stage and sound system
- Performance with live music or high-quality recorded accompaniment
- Performance schedule arranged according to the festival program and number of participants
Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated in carefully selected 2★ and 3★ hotels in Rimini, conveniently located near the beach and festival venues.

4 Nights – €225 per person

Accommodation Supplements
- Double Room Supplement: €5 per person/night
- Single Room Supplement: €25 per night
- Extra Night: €49 per person/night
The organizer provides two complimentary double rooms per group for group leaders and/or drivers.
Additional double rooms beyond the complimentary allocation are subject to the applicable supplements.
Transfers
Airport transfers and local transportation during the festival can be arranged upon request.
Transfer costs depend on the arrival airport, travel schedule, and group size and will be quoted individually.
Bus Parking
Groups travelling by coach are responsible for bus parking fees charged by local parking facilities.
Festival organizers can provide parking information and assistance, but parking costs are paid directly by the participating group.
Any vehicle-related expenses, including accidents or mechanical issues, remain the responsibility of the group’s insurance provider.
Payment Terms
To confirm participation:
- 30% deposit upon registration
- 40% payment due 60 days before the festival
- Remaining 30% balance due 10 days before the festival
A final participant list must be submitted 30 days before the festival begins.
After this deadline, deposits become non-refundable.

Free Participation
For every 25 paying participants, the 26th participant stays free of charge.
City Tax
€2.50 per person per night (applicable for participants aged 13 years and older).
The above city tax is based on the 2026 municipal rates. Updated rates for 2027 will be announced by the local authorities in February 2027.

Piazza della Signoria...)
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
