The beginning of our ensemble was set in 2015. Created by Plamen Dogramadzhiyan in the city of Pleven, at first as a dance group, and a few months later it grew into a folk dance ensemble.

Today, over 250 amateurs of different ages gather in the ensemble’s dance hall, all united by love for Bulgarian folk art.
The ensemble has performed over 90 concerts in the country, including appearances in television shows, participated in 5 international festivals, winner and laureate of numerous prestigious awards.

The high professionalism of the ensemble takes it to some of the most prestigious stages in Bulgaria and abroad.
We remember and support the dances of the prominent choreographer, and connoisseur of Shopian dances z.a. Radi Radev. In the legacy passed on to Plamen Dogramadzhiyan, he bequeathed to us and are performed to this day: “Shop Suite”, “Lazarki from Sofia”, “Dances from Vidin”, “Dolls”, “Graav Suite”, “Thracian Dance”, “Women’s Shop Dance” and many others.

Thus, dancer after dancer, step after step, dance after dance, scene after scene… no one can count how many dancers have passed through the groups of “Shop Mood”, how many concerts have been given over the years, how many people we have pleased with our performances. Our drive to be the best, to master subtleties, and to have our own style remains unchanged.
