CARASUL Traditional Folk Ensemble, Romania
We invite you to join the dance steps, alongside talented young people, and members of the CARASUL Ensemble, from Grฤdinari – Caraศ Severin, led by the choreographer Codruศ Anca, a man chosen by God and dedicated to the profession.
39 years ago, the foundations of this traditional folk ensemble were laid with the intention of valorizing and carrying forward the folk traditions of the wonderful Vale a Caraศului in Banat, Romania.
The members of the Ensemble are united by the passion for folklore, reflected in the performances presented over time, in all the historical regions of Romania, as well as by participating in demonstrations in 8 European countries, participating in private events, and television shows.
We hope that part of what we are trying to convey to you through our videos is pleasing to the ears and eyes because, through dance, we are trying to show you the pride of being Romanians and keepers of the traditional folk song, dance, and dress. . from Valea Caraศului.
