Folklore festival in Paris, one of the towns which takes your breath awayย โ the capital of France -the magnificent Paris! The folklore festival to everyoneโs preference
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate inย folklore festivalย which will be held inย Paris,ย in one of its famous theatres.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 10 minutes program.
Performances with live andย music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15. Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join thisย folklore festivalย inย Parisย and visitย Franceย for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* hotels likeย Campanile hotels Paris, or similar,ย in tripleย rooms, and it includes 3 nights with breakfast .
On your special request we can also provide accommodation higher categoryย hotel with supplement 15-20 euro per each day.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

- Boat tour on the Seine river (13 EUR per person)
PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in thisย folklore festival, a group pays 2000โฌ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason.
In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel inย Parisย between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program ofย folklore festival.
The day of theย folklore festival. Defile in front of the Eiffel tower.
Performances are planned to be held in the afternoon in a theatre.
This day is free for sightseeing.
For the evening we suggest a boat tour on the river Seine which we organize for the participants of the Festival, so you can enjoy the magic lights of the Eiffel tower.
You should check out after breakfast.
Refund Policy

When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.

information about your festival was providend by Mr. gocha chankvetadze art direqtor of the youth creatiuve ,,association.He gaive us a very interesting description of your festival ,,LES LUMIERES OF PARIS” endall of the member of Ensambl ,, fazisis” were very interested your festival.And as for our departure, we will leave georgia on the 18 th April and return on the 23 rd Aprel. We would like to know how much extra days will be charged per person. i hope you will be satisfied with the presetation of the Ensamble ,, FAZISI”.
