Accommodation
Groups will be accommodated in 3-star hotels such as Hotel Savona or Hotel Piccadilly (or others of the same category), in triple and quadruple rooms, including 4 nights with half board (breakfast and dinner).
For those preferring higher comfort, 4-star hotels such as Hotel Pellegrini Terme or Hotel President are available.

Payment Terms
To confirm participation, a deposit of €2000 is required by bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the festival.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or postpone the event.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
In the morning you may visit Florence. On this day the folklore festival ”Autumn in Tuscany” will be held in Montecatini Terme from 17.30 (performance in the central square on an open-air protected by roof in case of the rain).
On this day we suggest you join the trip to Cinque Terre where we visit famous villages Monterosso, Vernazza and then Portovenere with stops for sightseeing, tasting of local products and shopping, organized especially for the participants of our festival (the price is not included in the offer).
This day we organize visit famous winery with abundant Tuscan lunch and tasting famous Chianti vines, truffle products and olive oil. Together with that you will enjoy visiting Siena and San Gimignano.
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
