Ready to discover Tuscany? All you need is the camera ready to capture the beauty of your magical tour in Italy!
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival ”Under the Tuscan sky” which will be held in Montecatini Terme, a famous spa town in Italy .
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15(including dancers, relatives, accompanists and drivers) . Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join folklore festival Montecatini Terme and travel to Italy and visit amazing Tuscany the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3* hotels like HOTEL SAVONA , HOTEL SALUS or any other hotel of the same category, in triple and quadruple rooms, and it includes 4 nights with half-board (breakfast and dinner). There is a supplemet for single and double rooms.
Regarding 4* hotels we refer to HOTEL PELLEGRINI TERME, HOTEL PRESIDENT
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

HOTEL 3* – 209€ per person (4 nights, half board)
HOTEL 4* – 305€ per person (4 nights, half board)

- Trip expenses, airport transfers and other transfers if needed, parking
- Tourist guide, accompanying persons, sightseeing, excursions
- Tourist city tax (from 1€ to 2€ per person per day)

- Supplement for staying in a double room 6€ per person per day
- Supplement for staying in a single room 30€ per person per day per 3*
- Supplement for staying in a single room 50€ per person per day per 4*

- Reach typical Tuscan lunch in winery and wine tasting in San Gimignano

PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
On this day the folklore festival will be held in Montecatini Terme (performance on an open-air stage).
On this day we suggest you join the trip to Cinque Terre, organized especially for the participants of our festival (the price is not included in the offer).
This day is free for visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa etc.
You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
When paying by bank transfer, some tax fees may occur and we are not covering those expenses, they are paid by the group.
