APPLICATION FORM


Antalya is a city that stands for professionalism, experience, diversity, and quality. With its
history, natural beauty, and a rich variety of local lifestyles, the city hosts more than 11 million
foreign guests, from all over the world on a yearly basis. As the fourth most visited city in the
world, Antalya is one of the world’s foremost tourism destinations, offering you a peerless
experience.
The International Festival of dance and songs “Turkish Paradise” is a noncompetitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of participants is not limited.

During the Festival each Group will have 2 performances on open stage in Side and Antalya where groups can perform either with live music or USB. According to the number of participants, the minutes of the performance will be defined. All groups will have a meeting with the Mayor of Antalya and/or Side.


Guidelines for participants


The accommodation of the participants will be organized in 5**** Hotel located in the region
between Antalya and Side, 600 m from the beach on an All-Inclusive basis (breakfast, lunch,
dinner, snacks and drinks).
The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom.
Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers.
Accommodation: 5* Hotels – All-Inclusive Basis
Price: 5 days (4 nights) – 160 euro per person
6 days (5 nights) – 195 euro per person
7 days (6 nights) – 225 euro per person
Extra charge: Double room: 6 euro per person / per day
Single room: 20 euro per person / per day
Extra night: 34 euro/person
Free Members: Every 25 pax 1 pax free
City Tax: Included in the festival fee
NOTE: The Groups must send the rooming list by 15.09.2022 Groups that do not send, the rooming list
will be made by festival and can’t be any changes upon arrival.
Participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each
participant group should pay 30 % in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this
date (15.09.2022) advance payment are not refunded.


Travel Conditions


The participant group has to arrive in Antalya on September 30th 2022 (starting with lunch)
and leave October 04th 2022 after having breakfast and leave the rooms till 10:00h. The
groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Antalya and back.
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and
the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident,
robbing, breakdown, etc) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must
have a travel insurance policy.
FREE Parking.
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking
them up from the Antalya Airport, and back to the same airport. The price will depend on the
total number of group’s participants.

01.10. – Saturday
10:00 Free Time (Excursion Day – apply for one of the festival excursions
and make wonderful memories)
15:00 Meeting with Mayor of Province Antalya (Group leaders + 2 dance
couple in costume)
20:30 Parade
21:00 Concert (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you
know about the minutes of your performance.)
02.10. – Sunday
10:00 Free Time (Excursion Day – apply for one of the festival excursions
and make wonderful memories)
20:30 Concert (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you
know about the minutes of your performance.)
03.10. – Monday
10:00 Free Time (Excursion Day – apply for one of the festival excursions

15:00 Party for all participants – FAREWELL party!

10:00 Departure Of The Groups After The Breakfast.
* Each group must send us their dancing music by email, 10 days before the festival starts.
* The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, and the participants will be informed on time.
* The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.
