Overview
Where the festival will be held?
The International Festival “Spring Tale” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate in children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Prague which presents itself to you as a changeable city, which likes to alternate styles: it is romantic and successful, ancient and modern, but above all, it is a city that is cosmopolitan and is used to welcoming foreigners.
Where the groups will be accommodated?
The groups will be accommodated in 4* Hotels in Prague on a Half Board Basis with 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner). The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. The check-in at the hotel is at 16:00h and the check-out is at 12:00h. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 7 euro/person/day | Single Room: 30 euro/day | Extra night: 35 euro/person/day
The participation fee is 143€ per person.

Can you offer me a transfer?
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place.
How can the group pay for the festival costs?
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30 % in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (07.10.2023) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.

Festival Program
Refund Policy
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
