FOLKLORE FESTIVAL SUNNY BEACH

We invite you to take part in the 23rd International Nestia Folklore Festival BLACK SEA PEARLS – SUNNY BEACH, Bulgaria.
The festival is held for three evenings at three different prices in Sveti Vlas, Nessebar, and Pomorie.
Children, youth, performers, veterans or mixed folk ensembles, dance groups, majorettes, groups of singers, choirs and orchestras can perform at the festival.
Festival is a review character and on him participate ensembles from Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia, Croatian, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Polish, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Russia…
The festival is held for three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and you can perform all three times or by agreement, but is required appearance on the final night of the festival, on Sunday. For the performance at the festival its necessary to prepare a minimum one choreography that you can run it on each evening of the festival, whether it is desirable for each night of the festival to prepare a different choreography. Musical accompaniment is desired but not required, you can perform to the accompaniment of a CD.
On the final night of the festival besides the parade will be selected the best male and female folk costumes, Miss and Mister of the festival as well as the best dancing festival par.
Take with you a board wand with the name of your group as well as the national flag.

Accommodation and food: Hotel „Sea Grace“- Sunny beach

Hotel Sea Grace is located at the entrance to the Sunny Beach Hotel complex from the direction of Nessebar. It is 1500 meters from the city center and 2500 meters from the center of Sunny beach. The hotel has 3* and is of apartment type. Each apartment has twoseparate rooms, an entrance hall and a bathroom. are for accommodation for 4,5 and 6 people. All are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerators an terraces. It is 600 meters from the beach. Additional facilities include two swimming pools with sunbeds, a pizza bar by the pool, sports fields, a covered stage for rehearsals, parties and various other activities.

Food is based on full board, 3 meals a day, self-service buffet. Rich breakfast, for lunch 3 types of dishes, cooked, boiled, fried, 3 types of salad, soup, dessert, fruit. Also for dinner.
For all meals available juices, water, tea,coffee.
In the event that the capacity of the Sea Grace hotel is full, the ensembles accommodation will be organized in the hotels Camelot and Prestige city -Sunny beach. These hotels have the same characteristics as Sea Grace, they are of the apartment type, the same owner of all three hotels, they all have swimming pools and everything the rest as Sea Grace.

If your group uses air travel to Burgas Airport, you will be provided with the airport to hotel transportation and vice versa, as well as transportation during the festival and this is included in the price of the arrangement.

In all the offered price includes:
-Accommodation and meals in selected hotel
-For every 15 passengers, we approve one free seat for ensemble leaders
-the presence of the tour organizer
-diplomas and souvenirs of the festival

Terms of payment:
If you are interested please contact us and you will receive the application for the festival. After completing the application, send it to the organizer and you will receive the accounting from the hotel and enforce the
advance payment in the amount of 1000 euros per group. The remaining amount of the package will be paid on the spot with cash.
