Where the festival will be held?

The International Festival “Spirit of Anatolia” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of participants is not limited.

The festival will be held in Kusadasi beautiful vacation place with seven beaches looking on the horizon of the Aegean Sea, with the national park and fiery history – the ways of Greek, Persians and Romans.

Where the groups will be accommodated?

The groups will be accommodated in Batihan Beach Resort & Spa” https://www.booking.com/Share-rvwyOM, 4* (ultra all-inclusive), which is located on the beautiful beach, with the open buffet base (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks). The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 3 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.

Extra charges for: Double room: 5 euro/day/person Single Room: 30 euro/day Extra night: 40 euro/person/day (only for 7+nights)

The participation fee is:

4 nights – 198 € per person

5 nights – 239 € per person

6 nights – 278 € per person

7 nights – 318 € per person

Can you offer me a transfer?

The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.

Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbery, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have a travel insurance policy. The Parking for the buses is free of charge.

How can the group pay for the festival costs?

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (17.04.2024) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.

15:00 Meeting with Mayor of Province Antalya (Group leaders + 2 dance couple in costume)

20:30 Parade

21:00 Concert (Depending on the number of the groups we will let you know about the minutes of your performance.)

Detailed Festival Program will be given to you 1 month before the start of the festival.

The organizer reserves the right to any changes in the program, and the participants will be informed on time. By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions!

Refund Policy

As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays a deposit as a guarantee.

This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the event date or postpone it for the next year.
